The situation with Covid-19 Coronavirus has changed quickly.
In response to this, we are adapting the way we offer our services to you to make sure we are still serving the community we exist within.
This page will let you know how we are offering our services as well as giving you information on the virus, and how to take the best care of our pets during this time.
We are aiming to send email updates on the situation as well as information, answers to frequently asked questions, tips on pet care and ideas for keeping them healthy during this time. If you’d like to receive these please enter your contact details here and you’ll be the first to know.
6th July – Booster update for pet owners. We have contacted all clients whose pets were due boosters during the lockdown. Please call the practice to arrange an appointment if you think your pet was due to have a vaccination and still hasn’t received it or hasn’t been booked in yet.

We have worked quickly to find a HOME DELIVERY solution to ensure your best friend is safe and up-to-date on their flea and worm medicines.
The best bit… you don’t need to do anything except call us to order your repeat prescription!
⚡How does it work?
➡️ Call us at the practice
📞 0151 428 8600
➡️ Please give us at least 5 days notice if you need more medication to allow time to order and deliver \ post your medication.
➡️ If you live further afield, we will post medications to you by recorded delivery and the cost of postage will be added to the cost of the medication. Postage is also FREE if your pet is on the health plans.
➡️ If possible please order a 3 month supply at one time so that we can limit the number of deliveries and packages.
⚡If you need MEDICINES QUICKLY we’ve thought of that too.
➡️ If we have dispensed medications for your pet as a result of a video consultation and they need collecting promptly, we will contact you to schedule a time to collect the medications. We will take payment over the phone at the time of booking and then hand the products to you at the door when you arrive (keeping a socially safe distance of course 😃).
